By buying or commissioning work from NathanzArt, you agree to these rules.

Payment & Refunds

Payment 

Work begins only after payment or deposit is made. Final files are sent once payment is complete.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel the project, I will send you the models as they currently are, but there will be no refund on the initial deposit.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If I have to cancel the project, you get a full refund.

Edits & Revisions

Check-ins

I will show you progress at major steps.

Changes

You get 3  revision cycles for free during the process. A 'cycle' means one complete list of changes sent after a progress check-in.

Major changes requested after you have already approved a milestone will incur an additional fee.

Usage Rights & Ownership

Content Creation 

You can use the model freely for streaming (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), VRChat, content creation, and videos.

Merchandise 

You CAN sell physical merchandise  using this model without asking me first! (Please let me know if you do, though, I really love seeing my art go far!) 

Editing

You CAN edit or tweak the files yourself. However, you cannot resell or distribute my raw files to others.

Portfolio

I retain the right to show the model in my portfolio and on social media, unless we have otherwise agreed upon a private commission.

Credit

You CANNOT take credit for the production of any models bought from me.

If you manufacture physical products using this model, please include credit to NathanzArt on the product description page, packaging, or tags.
